About
Us
Dee Ragin
Founder and President
Dee Ragin started out many miles away from where she is today. Obese,
19 years old, and living in LA, she made an active and conscious
decision to change her lifestyle—and her life. On
her own, Dee studied and met experts in the fields of nutrition,
wellness, and fitness. She learned about discipline and
commitment.
Today, as the Founder and President of Focus on Fitness, Dee
helps people at all health and fitness levels to take charge
and meet their goals, just like she did. Dee is a personal
trainer, nutrition counselor, and teacher of group fitness
classes including Yoga, Pilates, Step, and Cardio Sculpting. She
holds certifications through American Fitness Professionals
Association (AFPA), National Exercise & Sports Training
Association (NESTA), Fitour, Les Mills Body Pump, and Body
Training Systems (BTS). Dee is always in training to run an
upcoming marathon or add another certification to her resume.
Dee considers it her life’s passion to show others how to
live healthy, happy, active lives. Her approach to wellness
as a multi-faceted discipline has not only motivated her to
be diverse in the service she personally offers, but it has
also inspired her to build Focus on Fitness as a wholistic
health practice.
Stormy Giles
Personal Trainier
Stormy Giles started out in Healthcare and Allied Health Science in her hometown of Sanford NC where she quickly realized that helping people was something she wanted to do. After relocating to Atlanta Ga and losing approx. 95 pounds Stormy decided she wanted to help others with their health and wellness goals as well. After becoming certified with American Council on Exercise (ACE) she started working with Dee Ragin and Focus on Fitness. Stormy enjoys working closely with others and helping them to achieve their goals. She believes physical activity should be a priority for everyone, and will continue to broaden her education with fitness workshops and home study.

Cathleen Chartier,
Healthy Catering and Nutrition Specialist
Cathleen Chartier, owner of Hugs and Quiches Catering since
1999, has been passionate about food for over twenty years. Since
her college days in Michigan, she worked in all but one
area of foodservice. The missing ingredient: cooking. Her
passion for the Hospitality industry, and for warmer weather,
brought her to Atlanta where she received her Culinary Arts
degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She has
been featured in the AJC for diversity in the work place
and how to help busy women prepare healthy meals for their
families. Cathleen was also featured on HGTV in 2007
for Spa Inspired Cuisine. Her company has recently
joined the Georgia Restaurant Association and the Green
Foodservice Alliance in an effort to offer more healthy
choices for her client’s. Food is her
adventure to share with others.
