Focus on Fitness offers a total body wellness and fitness experience with a full range of programs from low intensity aerobics and high intensity strength training to nutrition seminars tailored to help you achieve and maintain your health and wellness goals.

Exercise classes: Whether you are exercising for the first time or have been a fitness buff for years, Focus on Fitness offers a full range of exercise classes for every fitness level. All of our classes are taught by certified instructors who can teach at the beginner, intermediate, advanced or extreme levels

Boot Camp: A circuit of timed exercises organized in stations that include cardio and strength exercise.  Focus on Fitness boot camps are great for teambuilding and are designed for maximum participation at all fitness levels.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Support

Focus on Fitness takes health and wellness to a new level.  In addition to physical training and coaching, we also offer lifestyle seminars and counseling that help people think and live their fitness goals.

Offerings include:

Weight Loss:  We can help make sense of everything you hear about carbs, calories, protein, and fat.  Focus on Fitness will help you develop strategies aimed at adapting a healthier way of eating that will give you the desired results and fit your lifestyle.

Nutrition as a Cure: Focus on Fitness will help you develop a proper diet that will alleviate the symptoms and even reduce the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, and other ailments.

Lifestyle Seminars: We will customize topics based on your group’s interest and fitness goals, and teach your members how to think and live like fit, healthy people.  Focus on Fitness lifestyle seminars cover such topics as: education about exercise, changing daily habits, shopping and cooking for a healthier lifestyle.

Special Health Needs: Focus on Fitness offers one-on-one coaching, small group counseling, and seminars to address special needs such as, diabetes, high blood pressure, pre- and post-natal nutrition, and senior lifestyles.

From Professional Healthcare Providers:  Focus on Fitness teams up with professional healthcare providers to customize a program to suit the needs and interests of your group.

Chiropractic:  Learn about the benefits of a preventative exercise plan through holistic chiropractic medicine.

Medicine: Focus on Fitness will team with a medical professional from almost any specialty, including general practitioners and disease specialists to educate you on the positive effects of a proper fitness program that promotes basic healthcare or prevents or treat disease-related illnesses.
