Boot Camp: A circuit of timed exercises organized
in stations that include cardio and strength exercise. Focus
on Fitness boot camps are great for teambuilding and are designed

Nutrition and Lifestyle Support
Focus on Fitness takes health and wellness to a new level. In
addition to physical training and coaching, we also offer lifestyle
seminars and counseling that help people think and live their
fitness goals.
Offerings include:
Weight Loss: We can help make sense
of everything you hear about carbs, calories, protein, and
fat. Focus on Fitness will help you develop strategies
aimed at adapting a healthier way of eating that will give
you the desired results and fit your lifestyle.
