Employers: Maintain a healthy workforce!  Focus on Fitness can provide on-site, early-morning, lunch-hour, or after-work group exercise classes as well as individual personal training sessions.

Fitness Centers: Make better use of the gym in your condo complex, neighborhood clubhouse, or church.  We develop programs that bring communities together.

Focus on Fitness works with companies to help keep employees safe, healthy, productive, and on the job.  We design instructional and educational programs to help you meet your objectives for safety and productivity.

Offerings include:

Exercise Classes: Build better teams and promote good health with exercise classes that range from Pilates to Boot Camp.  We work with you to develop offerings that employees will appreciate and enjoy.

Personal Training and Coaching: Offer your employees to option of individualized attention to meet weight requirements, and improve strength and agility needed on the job.  Our personal trainers know how to get healthy, lasting results.

Workshops and Seminars:  Focus on Fitness provides physical fitness demonstrations, injury prevention training, stress management workshops, nutritional seminars, and other programs that improve safety, productivity, and overall good health.

Safety Education: Train your workforce on proper procedures, the physical aspects of safety, and the importance of being calm and clear-minded in an emergency.

    Personal Training:

    Weight Loss: We know that it takes a combination of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle support to make it happen.  And we know you can do it!  We encourage you to keep a food journal, change habits gradually and healthfully, and stay motivated.

    Disease Management and Prevention: Learn how to enhance your quality of life in spite of conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.  We work with your doctor’s recommendations to help you manage your condition in the most healthy way possible.

    Strength Training and Injury Recovery:  Let us help you get back in the groove.  Our sports medicine consultants can help you build strength and guide your rehabilitation (post physical therapy).

    Group Training:

    Exercise Classes: We work with many experienced exercise instructors to offer cardio, spin, body sculpting, spin (if bikes are available), Yoga, Pilates, and many more specialized classes. 

    Special Events: We can organize a weight loss challenge for your family or group that includes structured exercise programs, nutritional counseling, friendly competitions, and accountability to keep you on track.
